Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including mouth care, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene to ensure they remain clean and comfortable.
Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respirations, and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
