The Wasatch Group is seeking an HRIS Specialist in West Valley City, UT, to manage their Workday system, ensuring data integrity and system optimization while supporting HR operations. Job Summary

  • The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of our Human Resources Information System, Workday, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and user support to enhance HR operations.
  • This position will support multiple companies in a single tenant, and help to configure and maintain Workday HR Modules, including, but not limited to: Core HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, EIBs, Compensation, Learning, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence, and more.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities and self-service portals.
