Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Troubleshoot PLC and HMI platforms
  • Support OEM automated filling equipment
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Comply with cGMP and safety requirements
  • Use CMMS systems like Maximo or SAP
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with servo and vision systems
  • Familiarity with GMP manufacturing environments
  • Involvement in equipment start-ups and FAT/SAT
  • Continuous improvement and automation upgrades
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Automation or related field
  • Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment
  • Working knowledge of Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI
  • Experience with industrial instrumentation and sensors
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
