Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Account Management Senior Analyst to maintain accurate lease data and support operational and financial portfolio management for their occupier clients. Job Summary

  • Record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base to ground and secure deliver cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients.
  • Liaise directly with the client to respond to new lease or amendment requests, flagging / resolving queries and supporting reporting requirements.
  • Support contract performance reporting (KPIs) as part of client quarterly business review cycle.
