Implement and monitor quality management systems and processes to ensure full compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and relevant national and international regulations.
Conduct internal and external audits, assessments, and surveillance activities of products, processes, and suppliers to identify non-conformances, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead the investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented and verified.
