The Asset Performance Manager is responsible for the safe production of plants, reducing downtime, and maximizing production efficiency.
This role requires overseeing 24/7 plant conduction via remote Control Room coordination and ensuring strict adherence to Air Liquide Safety Policies.
Candidates must possess a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering with at least 3-5 years of relevant maintenance or field operations experience.

Knowledge of P&ID and mechanical/electrical diagrams
Experience with CMMS tools for reliability data
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of gas technologies (LNG, CNG, Biogas)
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Strong analytical diagnostic skills
Ability to work autonomously yet collaboratively
Experience coordinating remote control room activities
