Must-have

  • Embedded systems and circuit theory
  • PCBA design and manufacturing processes
  • Altium Designer or similar tools
  • EMC/EMI design and countermeasures
  • FMEA, 5 Whys, 8D problem-solving
  • Statistical engineering tools (DOE)

Nice-to-have

  • LabView, Python, Visual Basic experience
  • SAP and PLM systems knowledge
  • FDA-regulated product development

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years related experience with Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years experience with Master's degree
  • PhD without experience
  • Equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on FPGA programming (VHDL/Verilog)
