Must-have
Administer patient assessments accurately
Coordinate Medicare and Medicaid coverage
Direct day-to-day nursing assistant functions
Prepare and administer physician-ordered medications
Ensure compliance with federal regulations
Maintain accurate medical charting and documentation
Participate in government facility surveys
Nice-to-have
Experience with PCC software preferred
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of accredited nursing program or approved LPN/LVN program
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
