Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to define cutover scope, wave plans, and runbooks, ensuring alignment of the data migration approach with project timelines and quality standards.
Manage and mentor team members, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring knowledge transfer while reporting on data migration and cutover KPIs and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
