Job Summary

  • Develop regional business plans based on key business objectives and conduct SWOT analysis of the market and competitors to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide on-site coaching to Medical Representatives (MRs) using field coaching forms and conduct effective performance management according to the company's performance management system.
