Job Summary

  • This role serves as the single point of contact for monitoring and coordinating all facility systems, playing a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and communication across departments, engineering, vendors, and management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring building systems, responding to alarms and escalations, coordinating vendor work, and supporting engineering dispatch in a 24/7, 365-day critical environment.
