  • Perform routine QC and any required downstream analyses following established work instructions for production analyses.
  • Communicate progress, results, concerns, and/or troubleshooting to lab staff, project managers, and/or clients.

  • 2+ years analysis pipeline design and validation
  • 2+ years statistical analysis experience
  • 2+ years *nix command line experience
  • 2+ years WDL workflows in cloud environment
  • 2+ years CRO experience
  • 2+ years regulatory requirements understanding
