Must-have

  • 12 months acute care hospital experience
  • 6 months direct patient care in past year
  • Ability to work major holidays and weekends
  • Pass pre-screening test with 80% minimum score

Nice-to-have

  • 2 or more years of RN experience
  • Chemotherapy certification for Oncology units
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Experience with complex condition education
  • Collaborative teamwork in clinical settings

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN)
  • Valid RN License from State of Arkansas
  • 12 months experience in acute care hospital
  • 6 months direct patient care in past 12 months
  • Proof of legal authority to work in US
  • Not currently employed by UAMS or terminated >180 days ago
