Job Summary

  • Responsible for developing strong relationships with Prudential’s sales organization, brokers and consultants, customers, third-party administrators, and partners that will enable our MSL program to grow.
  • Partner with regional Distribution segment leads and underwriting to build business plans that will assist in the achievement of new and renewal MSL sales and persistency targets.
  • Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
