The role involves strategic management of Employee Health & Benefits clients, requiring extensive experience in the health insurance industry, particularly with self-funded accounts and complex clients

Job Summary

  • This is a hybrid position, based out of our Miami (Doral) or Fort Lauderdale office, that may require in person client facing meetings.
  • You will maintain a pulse on our client relationships and ensure we are delivering on our commitments to clients.

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Active Florida 2-15 insurance license
  • 10+ years of health insurance experience
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience with mid-size carriers
  • Experience with self-funded accounts
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience with BenefitPoint, Employee Navigator, and/or ImageRight
