Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for FI/CO-related incidents, service requests, and problem resolution, coordinating with other SAP functional and non-SAP teams.
Deliver workable solutions with a primary focus on SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and its integration with other modules to meet finance users’ business requirements.
Provide ongoing support for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.

Key Requirements
