Key Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Meet state or local licensure requirements
  • Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and hold others accountable
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices
  • Operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
  • Access all areas of the building
  • Interpret instructions, reports and information
  • Climb up and down ladders
  • Apprehend subjects in accordance with company policy
  • Scan, handle and move merchandise up to 40 pounds
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
