Job Summary

  • This position is accountable for establishing, maintaining, and improving site-based labor standards across Retail, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Full Service Restaurants (FSR), and Truck Service operations through hands-on time studies, work sampling, and predetermined time standard methodologies (MOST).
  • The Senior Industrial Engineer will lead labor standards development and process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, labor utilization, and operational consistency while supporting a strong customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 4–5 years of relevant Industrial Engineering experience
  • Demonstrated experience conducting MOST time studies
  • Experience developing and maintaining labor standards
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Ability to travel independently up to 50%
