Job Summary

  • This role is a critical intersection between data-driven insights and operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives and governing the intake and prioritization of our global HR insights roadmap.
  • You will architect and lead a standardized intake process, manage the strategic roadmap by aligning requests with HR priorities and measurable business value, and monitor team backlog versus delivery capacity.
