The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) and involves managing existing PTAMs and recruiting for new TBM roles, ensuring the achievement of assigned forecasts through coaching and development.

Base: $168,000 - $252,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards; Benefits: Market-leading benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, educational assistance, 401(k)

Bachelor's degree
