Job Summary
This role will be expected to lead and manage the insurance operations of retail life, HNW life and GI business covering contact centre, new business underwriting and ops, policy servicing and claims.
Provide strategic leadership to ensure delivery of excellent customer service experience and operations efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support new product launches and corporate initiatives to ensure smooth delivery and achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
