Job Summary

  • The Director will pull through the portfolio external engagement strategy by delivering a marketing plan that delivers needed belief and behavior changes to support increased immunization rates.
  • This work will have broad scope and impact working across every Pfizer brand/asset, all key customer segments, with the scale to deliver meaningful change in the external market which accelerates business objectives.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00, with eligibility for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
