Job Summary

  • We are a team of dynamic and driven professionals responsible for the 360° relationship of our Services Partners to ensure they are empowered to help sell, deliver quality deployments and innovate with Workday.
  • The Partner Manager ensures relationships between Partners and Workday are positioned in an outstanding and differentiated light, allowing Workday to achieve its strategic business objectives and drive new subscription revenue and grow customer success.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,600 USD - $174,900 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $98,500 USD - $174,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as an SI Partner Manager
  • 4+ years experience in Business Development, Software/Services Sales, or Channel Management
  • 4+ years experience recruiting and growing partnerships
  • Experience implementing key partner programs
  • Proven track record of supporting complex go-to-market initiatives
