Job Summary
Design, implement, and embed a standardised operating model across the road maintenance business, underpinned by the Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle, Lean principles, and Six Sigma methodology.
This role will drive the integration of manufacturing-style process discipline and real-time monitoring into road maintenance operations, establishing a centralised control centre model and an industry-leading approach to safety, efficiency, and performance.
