Key Requirements
4-7 years experience in operational process improvements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, science, or accounting
Professional certification related to process design and improvement
High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Competent with PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Azure Databricks, Minitab
