Salary
Base: $139,230 - $168,714 annually; Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and wellness programs

Must-have
5+ years pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience
Experience with Community Mental Health Centers and Hospitals
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to articulate scientific and clinical data accurately
Strong understanding of hospital formulary and reimbursement processes

Prior experience in Psychiatry therapeutic area
Experience building relationships with P&T committee members
Patient-centric mindset and understanding of patient journey
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with matrix teams
Strong analytical capability for market trends and prescribing patterns
Key Requirements
Advanced scientific degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales or MSL experience
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving risk level
Must be at least 21 years of age
