Job Summary

  • Administer and communicate benefits programs in the Americas region, ensuring compliance with local laws and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage various benefit programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, commuter benefits, and retirement plans, while staying updated on market trends.
  • Oversee online benefits administration, employee self-service sites, vendor billing, retirement plan administration, and data integrity audits in Workday.
