Assist Control Centre and Controllers with roadside route management to meet service delivery standards and exceed Minimum Performance Standards on all TfL contracts.
Work with Control Centre Managers & Controllers to develop a high-performance culture, supporting day-to-day service control strategies through roadside.
Take ownership of Health & Safety and the performance of drivers and services at each point.
