Responsible for the content development and column design of JJMT's digital education platform, primarily serving professional education and training needs to foster learning and create an online training loop.
Analyze business/BU PE goals and needs, combined with user online learning preferences, to formulate platform content optimization strategies, reshape existing content/formats, build an interactive learning ecosystem, and enhance platform activity.
Collaborate closely with BUs to explore new instructor cooperation models and create high-quality boutique courses, focusing on users to create professional, in-depth, and valuable columns and content formats to empower practitioner growth.
