Job Summary
The role involves assisting clients in breaking the cycle of homelessness through a comprehensive 'whatever it takes' approach across all phases of housing instability.
Candidates will work within the Supportive Housing Services Department to provide Intensive Case Management Services to individuals with chronic health, mental health, or co-occurring conditions.
The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with opportunities for professional growth and a focus on work/life balance.
