Job Summary
The Accounting Associate will assist the Finance Manager and Director of Finance with executing all sales and accounts receivable reporting at Ball Arena.
Responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports covering cash, credit cards, and accounts receivable across Legends Denver Region properties.
The role requires performing variance and trend analysis versus plans as well as previous years to support management decision-making.

Must-have
Prepare customer invoices and aging statements
Reconcile accounts receivable to general ledger
Perform variance and trend analysis versus plans
Process daily sales entries from POS systems
Resolve variances in receivables accuracy

Experience with performance dashboards and KPIs
Ability to support client analytics reporting
Strong analytical skills for financial trends
Key Requirements
Experience with multiple source POS systems
Knowledge of general ledger reconciliation processes
Proficiency in applying payments and managing aging statements
