Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier facilities services to occupiers across our clients managed properties, adhering to JLL's best practice standards while understanding and supporting the business objectives of our investments.
  • Deliver operational facilities-related client KPIs, implement customer experience initiatives, and serve as the primary point of contact for occupiers regarding day-to-day building operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage budgets, oversee technical operations, and manage contractor performance.

  • IOSH Qualification

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in property industry
  • Thorough understanding of Health & Safety and Compliance (ISO14001 and ISO45001)
