The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Demonstrate ability to handle emergency evacuations
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
