Job Summary
Contributes to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by championing individual uniqueness and inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand.
You play a critical leadership role within your store, leading and developing both direct and indirect reports to positively impact the team, operations and profitability of the store.
Must possess excellent skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office, and have knowledge of profit and loss statement and store KPIs.
