Job Summary

  • Contributes to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by championing individual uniqueness and inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand.
  • You play a critical leadership role within your store, leading and developing both direct and indirect reports to positively impact the team, operations and profitability of the store.
  • Must possess excellent skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office, and have knowledge of profit and loss statement and store KPIs.
