Job Summary

  • This key role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and dispatching field personnel for environmental projects including emergency response, tank cleanings, confined space work, and industrial services.
  • Ensure all workers meet compliance requirements (OSHA 40, confined space, PPE, etc.) and assist with building a strong local workforce and database of qualified candidates.
  • Paragon Staffing is a rapidly growing Environmental & Industrial Staffing firm specialized in HAZWOPER-certified personnel and emergency response, expanding nationally.
