• The Associate Director is a core member of Drug Development Teams partnering with team leaders to develop strategies and execute drug and vaccine development efforts to progress the R&D pipeline.
• This role involves managing complex projects, driving cross-functional teams, and leading by influence to ensure successful execution and alignment with key stakeholders globally.
