Job Summary
The Innovative Medicine (IM) Project Delivery (PD) Synthetics Technical Lead provides end-to-end technical support to all capital projects from concept to handover, offering expert guidance and technical leadership in facility design.
This role involves defining and deploying a vision and strategy for standard Facility and Equipment design for all IM Synthetics capital projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable transitions from build to start-up.
The Synthetics Technical Lead is responsible for keeping abreast of current industry and regulatory standards to ensure IM Synthetics manufacturing plants are designed, built, and commissioned to leading-edge industry standards.
