Job Summary
The Operations Manager, Data & Systems will partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure the iEnvision Publications Management System is well specified, well documented, and continuously improved.
Key responsibilities include support ticket triage, stakeholder engagement, data quality and compliance monitoring, UAT planning and execution, backlog and user story management, process and workflow documentation, end-user communication and training, and metrics & continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
3-5+ years' experience
Business Analyst or Product Analyst
Experience with enterprise SaaS or workflow systems
Experience with publications management, medical affairs, or life sciences platforms preferred
Demonstrated experience translating business needs into testable requirements
Proven ability to lead UAT
Experience triaging and resolving application issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
