Salary
Base: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 USD per year; Bonus: 10% annual salary bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid Time Off, 401(k) matching
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Expert proficiency in BricsCAD and AutoCAD 2023
Comprehensive knowledge of MEP building systems
Database administration for facility data management
Experience with clean room layout design
Ability to produce architectural and MEP drawings
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with IWMS platforms like Archibus or SpaceIQ
Experience supporting corporate campuses or research facilities
Strong problem-solving and independent initiative skills
Key Requirements
Associate degree in CAD Technology, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of professional AutoCAD experience
