  • You will be responsible for executing Dutch HR administration, analyzing HR data, and independently applying and monitoring HR processes and procedures.

Salary

Base: Competitief salaris; Bonus/Equity: Jaarlijkse Bonus (Associate Incentive Plan) van 2.75 %; Benefits: Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 p.km of 100% openbaar vervoer, 26 vakantiedagen, optie om dagen bij te kopen, 2 dagen voor vrijwilligerswerk, laptop, telefoon, thuiswerkvergoeding en € 100 thuiswerkbudget.

Key Requirements
