  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
  • Previous experience in a similar pastry supervisory role
  • Knowledge of basic and advanced pastry techniques
  • Ability to train and supervise pastry staff
  • Fluency in English
  • Food Service Sanitation certification
