Job Summary

• We're seeking an innovation and project execution enthusiast to lead new product innovation and introduction of planning and execution processes to support business objectives and ensure efficient product technical transfer at site while supporting and assisting in compilation of technical documentation like CTD dossiers etc. and performing process troubleshooting to provide technical support to production.
• Responsible for commercialization of new products from R&D, line extensions, and geo-expansion product introductions, coordinating transfer, upscale, registration, and launch activities for Drug Product with related functions.
• Ensures all activities comply with GMP, HSE, regulatory, and corporate guidelines, and complies with Environment, Health, and Safety policies and guidelines.

Key Requirements

• 5 - 8 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• B-Pharmacy, Chemistry, or equivalent BS Degree
• MSc. Or Pharm-D preferred
• In depth knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines
• Demonstrated experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
