Job Summary

  • Your primary responsibility will be to directly manage, coach, develop and support a sales team with the successful articulation and delivery of the Lucid brand and ownership experience.
  • You will provide targeted coaching and skill development for Sales Specialists and Brand Ambassadors to excel in performance metrics with weekly one-on-one meetings.
  • You will assume responsibility for studio operations to ensure a seamless and frictionless customer journey from reservation to delivery.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail, luxury, or hospitality store management experience
  • Automotive sales management experience desired
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline

  • Experience with data-driven decision making and team accountability to KPIs
  • Proficiency in English; a second language is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and retail management systems
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
  • Valid driver's license with no suspensions in the past year
