Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years commercial industrial maintenance experience
  • HVAC equipment and cooling tower maintenance
  • Lock-out tag-out procedures and hot work
  • Troubleshoot and solve maintenance problems independently
  • Conduct visual building rounds and equipment inspections

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with computer programming and PLCs
  • Understanding of building automation systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Experience with multi-site operations

Key Requirements

  • EPA 608 Universal Certification required
  • Valid FDNY certifications: S12, S13, S95, G60, F60
  • Current Local 94 union member or willing to join upon hire
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
