Salary

Base: $138,100 - $189,200 depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits included

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 1 year Financial Services Risk Management Experience
  • 3 years Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • End-to-end LAUNCH process management
  • Risk Pre-Check (RPC) oversight

Nice-to-have

  • 5 years leading cross-functional projects in Risk
  • PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management
  • Consulting experience with global professional services firm
  • Ability to set direction and manage expectations
  • Experience with education campaigns and process improvements

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of Financial Services Risk Management Experience
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience
