Key Requirements

  • Master's degree Mechanical Engineering or related field with 4+ years experience
  • PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years experience
  • Experience with Pro/Engineer (Creo), SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
  • Experience applying GD&T
  • Mechanical engineering experience in tooling, fixtures, or precision hardware development
  • Experience with elastomer socket technology or compliant mechanical interconnect systems
