This role is directly responsible for managing a team of approximately sixty internal and external scientists while ensuring GMP readiness and high scientific standards.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $231,900.00 - $365,000.00 along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
