Job Summary

  • Provide expert support and advice to HR and business stakeholders on ER matters, including independent case management and moderation of employee discussions.
  • Support and conduct change processes, restructurings, and reorganizations, including cross-border projects in cooperation with Legal & Compliance and international ER/HR employees.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, particularly in labor and social security law in the DACH region, and contribute to process improvement through ER data collection and analysis.
