Job Summary
Provide expert support and advice to HR and business stakeholders on ER matters, including independent case management and moderation of employee discussions.
Support and conduct change processes, restructurings, and reorganizations, including cross-border projects in cooperation with Legal & Compliance and international ER/HR employees.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, particularly in labor and social security law in the DACH region, and contribute to process improvement through ER data collection and analysis.
