Job Summary

• This role is responsible for managing channel digital enablement projects, translate business requirements into user stories, define UAT plan and test cases as well as providing production support to the frontline sales team and/or distribution partners.
• Work with risk and/or operation/tech/product teams to identify risks associated with the enhancements and ensure project deliverables comply with internal and external/regulatory guidelines.
