Base: 127,100 - 211,800 USD / yearly; Bonus/Equity: Eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan; Benefits: Comprehensive range of benefits including medical, vision, dental, well-being programs, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, 18+ days PTO, paid holidays

Key Requirements
B.S or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy
3+ years relevant experience
Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred
Pharmacist License in good standing
PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in fast-paced production environment
